Imkan, an Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, has unveiled the first healthy living island in the world, Sha Emirates Island, in collaboration with Sha Wellness Clinic. Located along the coast of Sahel Al Emarat in Al Jurf, the island is home to Sha Residences which encompasses a variety of residential villas and apartments that will be completed in 2026.
The apartments at Sha Residences feature up to four-bedrooms, while villas come with four-to-seven bedrooms. The former start from Dh4.6 million and the latter start from Dh29.9 million, with freehold ownership available to both GCC and non-GCC nationals.
The homes are equipped with a wide range of amenities including home automation, parking space, and terraces. They also offer views of landscaped gardens and the sea. To meet sustainability goals, the units incorporate energy-efficient appliances, intelligent monitoring and control systems, and solar-powered heating and electricity sources.
Sha Emirates Island features wellness-focused pavilions, beaches, and children’s park among other facilities. Its strategic location enables easy access to key landmarks, like Abu Dhabi International Airport which is 45 minutes away.
