A studio costs Dh650,000 whereas the price value of a two-bedroom apartment featuring a private pool starts at Dh2.2 million, offering a spectrum of choices for high-end property buyers. These living spaces are crafted to embrace the Zen-inspired biophilic design philosophy, which integrates nature into the heart of each residence. The units are designed with organic materials and green spaces that allow ample natural light and connection with the natural world.
10 Oxford is equipped with more than 40 community, health, and lifestyle features. Distinguishing itself among Iman’s projects, this development encompasses a 52,000 square feet of amenity space, making it one of the largest within Iman’s portfolio.
