Iman Developers, a leading luxury residential developer in Dubai, has commenced handover of all 117 units in Oxford Terraces, its luxury apartment complex located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The units of the Dh72 million residential development was sold out within one hour of becoming available in the market.
The 117 units comprise a mix of 58 studios (410 square feet), 51 one-bedroom apartments (710 square feet), and eight two-bedroom apartments (1050 square feet). The project encompasses a plot size of 30,000 square feet with a landscaped area of 17,000 square feet.
