IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced its collaboration with AIMS Holding, a Saudi conglomerate, to develop the first Regent-branded hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. With construction already underway, the hotel is moving ahead of initial timelines and will deliver 330 rooms and suites upon completion.

All units at Regent Makkah are tech-integrated and feature wellness amenities. The presidential suite offers panoramic views of the Haram and Al Kaaba, while the entire property offers unobstructed views of the Holy Mosque, Masjid al-Haram, and Al Kaaba. Guests can dine at specialty restaurants and access a spa and wellness centre at the hotel.
