H&H Development unveils ‘Eden House – The Canal’

H&H Development, one of Dubai’s top developers, has launched its latest project, ‘Eden House – The Canal’ near the Dubai Water Canal in Jumeirah. The project launch comes after the success of the company’s ‘Eden House’ brand in Al Satwa. The high-end development comprises 93 apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom suites, garden duplex units, and three penthouses. The six-storey structure reflects the Eden House brand with its expansive interiors, premium materials, and refined colour palettes.
H&H Development declared Sotheby’s to be the exclusive broker for ‘Eden House – The Canal’. H&H Development has also partnered with Global Partners Ltd., an institutional fund manager, regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), specialising in the UAE’s growing real estate market.
