H&H Development, a leading real estate developer in Dubai, has expanded its Eden House brand with the launch of its first project in Dubai Hills, Eden House Dubai Hills. The announcement follows the successful sales of Eden House The Canal which was launched last year. Eden House Dubai Hills is a community project comprising apartments that will be available for rent, a limited number of townhouses, and 32 villas. The villas, designed by Hopkins Architects, feature private gardens, shaded balconies, and private swimming pools.
