The announcement follows the successful sales of Eden House The Canal which was launched last year. Eden House Dubai Hills is a community project comprising apartments that will be available for rent, a limited number of townhouses, and 32 villas. The villas, designed by Hopkins Architects, feature private gardens, shaded balconies, and private swimming pools.
