Bloom Holding, one of the UAE’s foremost real estate developers, has appointed Emirates Link Maltauro L.L.C. as the main contractor to construct Casares, the third phase of Bloom Living. The fully integrated and all-inclusive residential community is located in Abu Dhabi. Casares is comprised of two- and three-bedroom townhouses and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
This announcement follows the recent launch of the fifth phase of Bloom Living, Seville, earlier this year. Additionally, the construction of one of Bloom Living’s sold-out phases, Cordoba, is 60 percent complete. Cordoba is slated for completion in the final quarter of 2024. The other phase, Toledo, is progressing towards its handover in Q2 2025 with 23 percent of its overall construction completed.

Casares features a Community Center and offers easy access to a wide range of facilities available at Bloom Living. Residents can explore Bloom Living’s multiple uninterruptedly interconnected parks and the community’s main Clubhouse with access to pools, sports, and recreational facilities. Bloom Living also features a large lake, multi-purpose amphitheaters, and Sunset and Sunrise Plazas.
Additionally, at the heart of Bloom Living lies a Town Center which hosts restaurants and cafés available for both residents and visitors, as well as a variety of retail options and services such as a medical clinic, a wellness center, and a supermarket. The community also comprises places of worship and two international schools.
Inspired by Mediterranean Spanish architecture, Bloom Living features a selection of villas, townhouses, and apartments. The gated community is located within Zayed City and close to Zayed International Airport. Bloom Living has been designated as an investment zone allowing buyers of all nationalities to purchase residential units in the development.
