Dubai Land Department (DLD) finalized 647 amicable real estate settlements valued at over Dh1.38 billion during the first half of 2024. Through the Oqoodi Platform, 100 percent of the settlement agreements were approved, facilitating and expediting real estate settlements. This has enhanced the effectiveness of managing disputes and provided a secure, efficient way to confirm and legally document each party’s agreement to the terms.
