Property sale at Dubai’s newly-launched skyscraper, the Dh3 billion Al Habtoor Tower, started at Al Habtoor City, where the 82-storeyed building will be built.
Once completed in three years, the 345-metre high Al Habtoor Tower will be the tallest residential tower in the world, officials say. Ground-breaking of the project has already taken place a few weeks ago – marking the formal construction activities.
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road and adjacent to the Dubai Water Canal, the project is valued at Dh3 billion. The 82-storey structure will have a built-up area of 327,000 square meters and feature 1,619 housing units, including 22 sky villas. The sky villas are from Level 76 upwards. Prices for a one-bedroom start from Dh2.1 million, 2BHK from Dh3.5 million, and 3BHK from Dh4.7 million, while sky villas yet to be priced.

The launch of Al Habtoor Tower comes as demand for properties remain strong in Dubai, fueled by strong demand from Russia, Ukraine, India and other countries. The three amenity floors (on the 8th, 47th and 70th) include Infinity pools and leisure decks. Al Habtoor Group has already appointed Provident Real Estate as its exclusive sales agent to sell out the project while it has appointed China Rail to construct the project and deliver in 2026.
Thomas Murdoch, deputy general manager of Al Habtoor Group, said in an interview with Gulf Property, “We are already at around the 10-11 per cent mark in terms of sale. We are not worried about supply chain challenges either – we trust our contractor to get the job done.”
The construction of this tower will include the use of cutting-edge construction technologies that are to be employed in the UAE for the first time and are also environmentally friendly. The Group aims to achieve LEED Platinum Certification for this residential building.
