Dubai General Properties (DGP) has unveiled Marriott Residences Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, a branded residential community with a gross development value of Dh900 million. The property is 78 percent complete with construction works commencing in August 2021 and is on track for timely completion in the last quarter of 2025.
The right wing of the building offers a selection of 110 residences, available in two and three-bedroom as well as duplex formats, with prices starting from Dh2.6 million. Each apartment will feature a spacious living area, with sizes starting from 1,250 square feet. The project’s amenities include access to lounge areas, concierge services, a la carte dining options, meeting rooms, a gym, a swimming pool, and retail shops, entirely operated by Marriott.

Refine, a development management company offering the DaaS (Development-as-a-Service) solution developers and investors, has been appointed to oversee the sales of Marriott Residences Sheikh Zayed Road, while Driven Properties, a Dubai-based brokerage firm, will manage the property’s marketing.
