Deyaar launches third project in Al Furjan, Rosalia Residences

Deyaar Development, one of Dubai’s leading property developers and real estate service providers, has announced the launch of Rosalia Residences. The apartment complex is the developer’s third project in Al Furjan, an affordable property hub in Dubai’s real estate market, and is part of Deyaar’s Dh300 million project portfolio. It comprises nine residential floors and is slated for completion by September 2025 at most.
Rosalia Residences offers a variety of residential units, consisting of one, two and three bedrooms and totalling 117 homes. The area of one-bedroom apartments range from 774 – 1178 square feet. The two-bedroom apartments span an area range between 1,208 – 1,731 square feet, while the three-bedroom units cover 1,743 square feet. In addition to a retail boulevard on the ground floor, residents will also enjoy a host of amenities and facilities, including a splash pad, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, multipurpose hall, and a dedicated BBQ area.

Rosalia Residences follows Deyaar’s second project in Al Furjan, Millennium Talia Residences, a hotel serviced apartments operated by Millennium Hotels & Resorts. Deyaar’s first project, Amalia Residences, launched in 2022, is now completely sold out. Deyaar has appointed the project contractor for its latest project and works commenced on site in December 2023.
