Deyaar breaks ground for seafront project Mar Casa

Deyaar Development, one of Dubai’s forefront property developers and real estate service providers, has officially commenced the construction phase by breaking ground at Mar Casa, its award-winning seafront residential project in Dubai Maritime City.
The groundbreaking follows the successful sell-out of Deyaar’s first seafront luxury residential tower in record time after it was launched in March this year. Slated for completion in the final quarter of 2026, Mar Casa signifies a blend of innovative design and enduring quality.
Comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and luxury penthouses offering panoramic views of the ocean and the Dubai skyline, the 52-floor Mar Casa features a sea wave-inspired façade with biomimicry and biophilic design that reflect the harmonious connection between land and sea. Every home at Mar Casa is equipped with advanced IP intercoms, and smart access and lighting control systems as well as premium-brand appliances.

A roof-top infinity pool offers the ideal space for relaxation, while a separate children’s pool and beach-inspired pool with splash areas are also available on the main recreational floor.
Deyaar’s seafront project was awarded for High-rise Residential Development and High-rise Residential Architecture at the Arabian Property Awards 2023 along with four other major award categories. In addition, Mar Casa recently also won a in the category of “Best Luxury High Rise Living” bestowed by Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
