Dar Global launches US$500m luxury resort in AIDA, Oman

Dar Global, a global real estate investment group, has launched The Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences as part of the AIDA project in Oman. The US$500 million (Dh1.83 billion) development includes a luxury hotel, hanging suites, and furnished villas and apartments serviced by the hotel. Offering access to an 18-hole golf course, a members-only club, the Cliff Hanging Night Club, and a private beach, the 140-key five-star hotel complex will open in December 2028.

The Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences in AIDA Oman features hanging suites with private pools and floor-to-ceiling windows. A Championship golf course caters to enthusiasts with varied landscapes. Other facilities include a golf academy and private club alongside the Cliff Hanging Night Club. Dining outlets, event venues, and a spa are among the amenities offered.

AIDA, a joint venture with the Trump Organization and Omran Group, is located on a hill over 100 metres high in Oman, surrounded by rocky canyons and beaches. Spanning five million square meters it is located just 10 minutes from Downtown Muscat. The first phase is scheduled for completion by 2027. This significant urban development will elevate Oman’s global reputation as an attractive destination for tourists, residents, and investors alike.
