Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development, has announced the handover of DaVinci Tower, the world’s first residential development branded by Pagani Automobili. Located along the Dubai Water Canal, DaVinci Tower offers 80 residences featuring custom interiors, advanced smart systems, and premium finishes.

Pagani Automobili is one of the several global brands Dar Global has partnered with. The developer’s portfolio includes collaborations with Trump Organisation, Aston Martin, Automobili Lamborghini, Fendi, Elie Saab, Marriott Residences, and Missoni. Dar Global maintains strong presence in nine countries, including the UAE, the UK, Spain, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. It is also foraying into hospitality by developing luxury hotels in Dubai, the Maldives, and Oman.
