Danube Properties, a leading private property developer in Dubai, has delivered its Dh350 million project Gemz five months ahead of schedule. Launched in June 2022, Gemz was sold out within a few hours of its launch. It is located in Al Furjan, offering easy access to key landmarks of Dubai.
With a built-up area of 530,000 square feet, Gemz is developed on a plot of 101,000 square feet. The pyramid-shaped building is composed of a ground level, a podium, and 14 floors housing 270 apartments, including 24 studios, 74 one-bedroom, 114 two-bedroom, 42 three-bedroom apartments, and 16 duplexes, in addition to nine retail outlets.
Gemz features over 30 amenities including a doctor on call, kids’ daycare with a nanny on board, a smart office with a personal secretary, an anti-current swimming pool, tennis courts, open air cinema, and jogging tracks with rubber flooring. Gemz also offers convertible layouts that allow conversion of one bed-room units into two-bedroom homes and two-bedroom units into three-bedroom apartments.
Buyers who booked and paid their initial deposit on the day of the launch of Gemz availed homes fully furnished by Danube Home.
