Damac Properties said, it has signed a contract with Modern Building Contracting Co. (MBCC) to construction the 52-storey Damac Harbour Lights tower with 294 high-end apartments, expected to be completed by second quarter of 2027.
MBCC will handle the main works package under this contract, covering the complete construction of the tower and its parking block. Renowned for their expertise in large-scale projects across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Lebanon, MBCC is known for its quality and reliability.
Mohammed Tahaineh, General Manager of Projects at Damac Properties, said, “We are excited to partner with MBCC on this landmark project. Their proven track record and dedication to excellence align perfectly with our vision for this development. This 52-storey tower will not only enhance the skyline but also set new benchmarks in luxury living.”
Construction is progressing well, with shoring and piling completed. The next focus is on the basement substructure, paving the way for further development. This project will utilize advanced technologies like prefabricated bathroom pods, which will streamline the process and ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Damac Harbour Lights is strategically located between Port Rashid and Dubai’s Drydocks World, offering spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments that blend maritime history with contemporary seafront living. Inspired by the Greek term ‘Chrysogonos,’ meaning ‘begotten of gold,’ the design features luxurious and grand maritime elements.
Damac Harbour Lights is among over 15 residential towers launched by Damac in the past two years. As demand for luxury and branded residences grows, the developer leads the market by offering homes that blend comfort with value for discerning investors. In addition to these towers, Damac is expanding its community projects with Damac Lagoons, its third master community, set to start unit handovers this year.
