Launched in 2024, Armani Beach Residences will feature 57 homes and 90,000 square feet of amenities upon completion in late 2027. Unit configurations include two- to five-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and two presidential suites. The project is designed in partnership with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
