Arada, a Sharjah-based developer, has awarded China Tiesju Civil Engineering, a subsidiary of global construction giant China Railway Group Ltd (CREC), a Dh678 million construction contract for Armani Beach Residences, its luxury development on Palm Jumeirah. The developer further announced the completion of the first phase of construction, with enabling, piling and shoring works finished.
Launched in 2024, Armani Beach Residences will feature 57 homes and 90,000 square feet of amenities upon completion in late 2027. Unit configurations include two- to five-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and two presidential suites. The project is designed in partnership with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Japanese architect Tadao Ando.

China Tiesju Civil Engineering’s portfolio expands across the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia. In Dubai, it has worked with the likes of Dar Global and Damac on some of their high-profile projects.
