Bloom Holding, one of the UAE’s foremost real estate development companies, has launched Olvera, the sixth phase of Bloom Living, a fully integrated and all-inclusive community comprised of villas, townhouses, and apartments in Abu Dhabi.
Named after the ancient Spanish city, Olvera offers two and three-bedroom townhouses scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2027. Prices start from Dh1.8 million with post-handover payment plans.
