Bloom Holding, one of the UAE’s foremost real estate development companies, has unveiled Carmona, the eighth phase of Bloom Living, its fully integrated and all-inclusive community in Abu Dhabi. Named after the Spanish town, Carmona is scheduled for completion in Q2 2028.
Carmona offers townhouses ranging from two to three bedrooms starting at Dh1.9 million. Inspired by the Mediterranean Spanish architecture, the townhouses will be designed to feature indoor-outdoor living with high ceilings and large windows. Buyers can opt for post-handover payment plans.
