Bloom Holding appoints Emirates Link for PII for US$2.5 bn Bloom Living

Bloom Holding, one of the UAE’s foremost real estate developers, has appointed Emirates Link Maltauro L.L.C. as the main contractor to carry out the construction works for Toledo, the second phase of the US$2.5 billion (Dh9 billion) residential community, Bloom Living. Slated for completion by the second quarter of 2025, Toledo consists of two-and three-bedroom townhouses and three- to five- bedroom detached villas that are all sold out.

Toledo follows Bloom Living’s first phase, Cordoba, which is currently under construction with 30 percent of its sold out units complete. It will be delivered by the last quarter of 2024. The Mediterranean Spanish architecture inspired Bloom Living is located within Zayed City and close to Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Bloom Living creates a holistic and inclusive space for its residents who can avail a wide range of facilities within a short walking distance. They can explore the beauty of nature at Bloom Living’s multiple uninterruptedly interconnected parks, and access the pools, sports, and recreational facilities of the community’s main Clubhouse. The community also features amphitheaters and plazas to host large gatherings. Places of worship and two international schools are located at a walking distance. Additionally, at the heart of Bloom Living lies a Town Center which houses an array of exquisite restaurants and cafés available as well as a variety of retail options and services such as a medical clinic, a wellness center and a supermarket, to ensure that residents can obtain all their daily necessities without the need to leave Bloom Living.
