Binghatti, a leading luxury developer, has unveiled its Dh2 billion Dubai project, Binghatti Skyblade, in Istanbul, Turkey – the latest in its series of international launches after Egypt. Located in Burj Khalifa Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, the tower comprises 621 residences. It is part of Binghatti’s portfolio which is over 80 projects strong and exceeds Dh70 billion in value.
Residences at Binghatti Skyblade include suites, studios with private jacuzzis, and two- and three-bedroom units offering private pools. The tower also features an infinity sky pool that boasts views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding Downtown Dubai skyline.
