Beeah, Sharjah’s leading sustainable solutions provider, has announced the first phase of its masterplan community Khalid Bin Sultan City, which will house the its existing headquarters. The development is a climate-smart and sustainable city and the first community in the Middle East to feature a concept masterplan by the renowned Zaha Hadid Architects.
The first phase of Khalid Bin Sultan City features villas and townhouses equipped with sustainable technologies and climate-responsive design.

The master community combines living, working and lifestyle areas within one bustling, mixed-use development. Built on the foundations of sustainability and innovation, the city has been created to be a home in harmony with its people and the environment.
