Azizi reveals sales milestones of Dh30 bn Azizi Venice

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has revealed significant sales figures of its Dh30 billion mixed-use master community, Azizi Venice in Dubai South. It said that 86 percent of building 3, 82 percent of building 4, 97 percent of building 8, and 75 percent of building 9 are sold out. The developer will also launch new and previously unseen units in these buildings in the coming weeks.

Azizi Venice will comprise more than 30,000 residential units across approximately 100 apartment complexes, and over 400 luxury villas and mansions. As the master developer, Azizi Developments is in charge of constructing the buildings, roads, and the entire infrastructure.

Of the total 95 nationalities who purchased units in Venice so far, buyers from the United Arab Emirates made up the largest demographic, followed by investors from Egypt, Iraq, India, and European countries.

Among its attractions, Azizi Venice features a temperature-controlled pedestrian-friendly boulevard. Azizi Boulevard is accompanied by three-storey buildings that will host retailers and brands, entertainment options, as well as international eateries. It is home to Azizi Opera which is set to become one of the most notable venues for cultural and community events in Dubai.

Azizi Venice is planned to welcome over 30,000 visitors on a daily basis. The community will have its very own two Azizi-owned and operated five-star hotels at the entrances of the community, as well as one boutique hotel located on an island in the middle of the lagoon. A large number of underground parking spaces will be constructed to grant tens of thousands of daily visitors easy access to Azizi Boulevard and Azizi Opera.
