Dubai, UAE: Dubai-based property developer Azizi Developments, said it will deliver 42 projects comprising 8,895 units in 2022, that will rebalance the residential property market where prices have been appreciating since the beginning of 2021.
The developer reported a 44 percent increase in sales of its premium off-plan, completed, and soon-to-be-completed residential and commercial developments throughout Dubai during the second half of 2021.
“More than 150 storeys over 2.92 million square feet of built-up area were completed, with more than 22.9-million-manhours of construction having been invested and 150,000+ cubic meters of concrete having been poured. In 2022, Azizi now plans to deliver 42 of its world-class projects totalling 8,895 units,” the company said in a statement.
“This announcement comes in line with Azizi Developments’ commitment to timely delivery and customer satisfaction and the growing performance of the real estate sector in Dubai. The projects to be handed over this year will comprise 40 buildings in the megaproject Riviera in MBR City, Creek Views I in Dubai Healthcare City and Berton in Al Furjan, all very distinguished developments that form a substantial part of Dubai’s internationally renowned residential and retail landscape.”
The deliveries will come after repeated delays in its master-planned community Riviera at the MBR City.
