Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, said that it delivered 19 projects and sold 10,229 units in 2024, registering a record-breaking project delivery and sales performance. The units were sold at over Dh10 billion, representing an increase of 15.8 percent compared to 2023. As many as 6,979 units are to be completed across 25 projects in 2025.
In the past 12 months, Azizi developed a total of over 8.4 million square feet of built-up area across more than 316 floors in its Dubai projects, with over 387,329 cubic meters of concrete poured and more than 43.6 million manhours put in.
Its 2024 portfolio features construction milestones and new launches, including the launch and ground-breaking of Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower. The developer shared notable progress of Azizi Venice, its Venetian-inspired waterfront community in Dubai South. Among other projects, the fourth phase of Riviera in MBR City, Creek Views III in Dubai Healthcare City, Vista in Dubai Studio City, and Amber in Al Furjan saw substantial advancements in development.
