Aum Development, a Dubai-based real estate developer, has unveiled Veda – its Dh100 million residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The wellness-inspired project comprises one- and two-bedroom apartments across five levels, including the ground floor apartments with private park. Construction commenced early in July this year, and handover is slated for Q3 2027.
With prices starting from Dh1.07 million, the units range between 679 and 2,294 square feet, each featuring efficient layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, and premium finishes for long-term use. Buyers can avail an investor-friendly plan, which requires 10 percent on booking, another 30 percent within 20 months of booking and the final 60 percent upon handover.

Fitness and recreation facilities feature a swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor gyms, and a covered sky trail. For community and leisure, residents can use an outdoor party deck, a sky cinema, and a children’s play area. The development also features smart home technology, digital door access, WiFi-equipped communal spaces, an EV charging station, roof top solar panels, and round-the-clock security.
Set in the vibrant, family-friendly community of JVC, Veda is surrounded by gardens, schools, and local infrastructure.
