Arista Properties, a luxury real estate developer, has partnered with New Systems Engineering LLC to develop their flagship project Wadi Villas in Meydan District 11. With work already in progress, the residences are scheduled for completion in the final quarter of 2026. Wadi Villas is designed by HBA Architecture with Coopers Hills helming the project’s landscaping.
