Amaal, a real estate developer under Ayana Holding, has announced the launch of its debut development, Amaal 8. Located in Meydan Horizon within Mohammed bin Rashid City, this mixed-use residential tower will rise up to 48 floors. Its construction is already underway to meet completion by Q4 2028.
The tower comprises 512 units including one- to four-bedroom apartments and seven floors of Infinity Collection residences. It is crafted with eco-friendly technologies that minimise environmental impact and maximise comfort. Its exterior is characterised by glass facades offering of the urban skyline and the natural landscapes surrounding it.
