Alphabeta Properties, a Dubai-based property developer, has unveiled its latest flagship development, Q-East, in Al Quoz. The project offers a mix of residential, commercial, and retail spaces, along with an array of amenities.
Abdulla Al Shaibani, founder of Alphabeta Properties, said, “Al Quoz is on the brink of a transformation, and Q-East is leading the charge. With this development, we are not only redefining the real estate offerings in Al Quoz but also contributing to the evolution of Dubai’s urban landscape. Q-East is a testament to our commitment to innovation, quality, and community.”
The development will feature 12 distinct facilities, including a fitness and wellness center, a cinema, a bistro, and a Japanese dining experience. Additionally, it will include a food hall, an arcade, a podcast recording studio, and a large event hall.
One of the most anticipated elements of Q-East is the auction of 17 luxury penthouses, each featuring a private pool, available for rent. This event will build on the success of Alphabeta Properties’ previous auction of apartments in their M77 residential complex in Meydan. This event, set to coincide with the grand opening, is expected to attract significant attention from high-end buyers across the region, reinforcing Q-East’s position as a premier destination for luxury living in Dubai.
The delivery of the first phase of Q-East is expected to take place by Q4 2024. The project has already recorded booking of 83 percent of its retail units.
