Alma Developments, a Dubai-based property developer, has announced its debut residential development Alma Gardens in Liwan, Dubailand. The project is composed of 71 fully fitted apartments, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom apartments with dedicated maids’ and laundry rooms and penthouse, across nine residential floors. The penthouse unit is also available, priced at Dh4,440,000. Projected rental yields range between 9-10 percent.
