Prestige One Developments, a Dubai-based developer with a development portfolio exceeding Dh10 billion, has officially appointed Al Shafar Engineering as the main contractor for its upcoming projects.
The agreement was signed at Prestige One’s headquarters, with the ceremony attended by Ajmal Saifi, CEO of Prestige One Developments, and Saif Ali Abdulla Al Shafar, CEO of Al Shafar Engineering.

Prestige One’s portfolio boasts an array of projects across Meydan, Dubai Islands, Dubai Land Residential Complex, Dubai Sports City, Barsha Heights, and Jumeirah Village Circle. The portfolio value now surpasses Dh10 billion.
