Elemental, a new real estate venture in Dubai, has been launched by the CEO of Al Barari, Hazza Zaal. The new development company will debut its first project, Elemental 22 – a residential building that is designed around nature and wellness, in Jumeirah Garden City. It is also set to launch another project.

Set in a low-rise, low-density neighborhood, Elemental 22 includes a gym and recovery rooms with sauna and steam rooms, The Greenhouse, a coworking space, a kids’ club, a home cinema, and two swimming pools. Within Jumeirah Garden City, residents can access the largest park in the neighborhood, featuring green spaces, walking trails, a football pitch, and a padel court.
