Ennismore’s hospitality brand, 25hours, unveiled its debut residential project, 25h Heimat, located in Downtown Dubai. Presented by D&B Properties and developed by East and West Properties, 25h Heimat is a building complex comprising more than 70 floors of studios, up to three-bedroom apartments, and duplex penthouses spanning up to 3,000 square feet.
25h Heimat, derived from the word ‘home’ in German, offers a range of luxury amenities such as a 63rd-floor sky lounge, a music room, mini-golf, and a hybrid co-working space and boasts views of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Boulevard. Its strategic location in the metropolis provides convenient access to major landmarks such as the Dubai Mall, Business Bay, and Dubai International Airport.
As a notable hospitality brand, 25hours manages 25hours Hotel, which has over a dozen branches across the globe, including Downtown Dubai. D&B Properties played the advisory role in selecting the brand route and design phase for 25h Heimat.
